Short & Sweet #2
OnPage Optimization is the optimization of a website through measures on the page itself.
Search engine optimization (SEO) can be divided into two sub-areas, OnPage and OffPage optimization. OnPage or on-site optimization refers to all SEO measures that can be carried out directly on the website in order to make it more search engine friendly. This includes the optimization of the content, the page structure as well as the optimization of the technical basis (source code) and the URL structure.
OnPage vs. OffPage Optimization
OnPage Optimization should always come first because e.g. the establishment of backlinks without an optimized and well working website will not lead to the desired success.
